The service I received on the bank holiday weekend

Just a quick thank-you for the service I received on the bank holiday weekend early this May. I called up to ask if my windows could be repaired (catches stuck on two in the bedroom) and was rather expecting to be told that it wasn't covered under guarantee. Not only was there no question of that, the man who took my call was really helpful and made a genuine effort to sort me out with an appointment which would be convenient.
What really impressed me was when he called back later that morning to say he'd managed to find another appointment instead on the Bank Holiday Monday, which would be FAR more convenient for me! The engineer kept in touch with us and fixed the problem on his first visit, with no fuss at all.
Double glazing companies have a pretty miserable reputation for customer service and I hadn't been expecting any of this. Thank you for giving such good service.
