The sales rep was a little too engaging. Less small talk and more product focus would have suited me better. However, when he finally got to the point, I was pleased with the content and the quote. The surveyor forgot to include the requirement for scaffolding to the front dormer windows and I was not impressed by the subsequent call suggesting I needed to pay an additional 600 pounds to cover that facility. But there was no argument when I said this had already been factored into the price by the sales rep. The installation team of 4 were impressively good at their work and, just as important, they were polite, courteous and thoroughly genuine. They completed the installation of 7 windows and 4 doors in less than 6 hours, left no mess and would not even accept a cup of tea.
I continue to be very pleased with the quality of the products and would definitely use Safestyle again based on the overall experience. I was also pleased by the management interventions and follow up calls, which demonstrated a definite enthusiasm for customer satisfaction.
